Holt’s credentials include: AA Degree, Certified Engineering Operations Executive (CEOE) by the American Hotel & Lodging Association, City of St. Louis Class I Stationary Engineer’s License by the International Society of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, Section 608 EPA HVAC Universal Certification and Proctor Certification, Certified Energy Manager (CEM) by AEE, Certified Pool Operator (CPO) by the National Swimming Pool Foundation.

He is also an active member of the local chapters of: IFMA (International Facility Management Association), PMI (Project Management Institute) and USGBC (United States Green Building Council)
