Corporate Director of Facilities

As the Corporate Director of Facilities, Chris Holland is responsible for overseeing all of the maintenance at LHM’s properties. This includes the maintenance and repair of all systems, equipment, contents and physical structures. Chris’ other responsibilities include preparing and obtaining bids for contracted services, working closely with each properties brand standards to ensure successful quality insurance audits and managing capital improvements at all properties.

Chris has been in the facility maintenance and construction field for more than 25 years and has had the opportunity to build, operate and maintain a number of different types of facilities including Hotels, Casinos, School Districts, and Manufacturing sites.

Prior to LHM Chris was part of the Owner’s Design and Construction team that designed and built the last two Casinos in the St Louis area.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family including his new twin girls.
