Collect necessary information and prepare and generate PSA, GRC, Snapshot and other various reports necessary to analyze market trends and demand.

Facilitate and lead the daily Revenue and Group Business meetings.

Prepare and disseminate business forecasts. Update forecasts as necessary when relevant information is available.

Establish and implement strategies to consistently achieve or exceed forecasts for room revenue, occupancy, ADR and RevPar. Implement yield management techniques to maximize revenues by communicating with the Director of Sales and/or General Manager and selecting the most profitable mix of demand for the given capacity both in rooms and food & beverage.

Create and ensure incentive programs in Front Office and Reservations are in place, with particular focus on need periods.

Manage hotel distribution channels. Review rates and ensure they are appropriate on Hotwire, Expedia, Priceline and other on-line vendors. Ensure our branded sites and other purchase point prices are in-line.
