Position Summary
Create the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing legendary customer service with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Assist with preparation, serving, and cashiering.
Example of Duties
Essential Functions
1. Prepare Starbucks beverages to standards while following health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
2. Greet guests promptly and in a friendly and courteous manner. Address the guest by name whenever possible. Explain specials and/or restaurant promotions to create guest awareness.
3. Follow store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station.
4. Follow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products.
5. Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with the duty rosters and cleaning standards and works as a store team member.
6. Promptly present guest check and accurately process cash, credit card and/or voucher transactions.
Supportive Functions
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions.
• Discover and responds to customer needs.
• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• All other duties assigned by manager.
