The Summer Intern will learn the basic fundamentals of the hospitality industry through hands-on experience, professional development and various workshops to ensure that customer service standards are met

Installs and configures wide area network servers for email, Internet, and Proxy services for safe-harboring computer systems

Responsible for sourcing, securing and ensuring business rebooks in order to maximize revenue

Ability to troubleshoot both Apple and Windows devices preferred.
Experience with PowerPoint preferred.
Experience with virtual platforms such as Teams, Zoom, and GoToMeeting preferred.
Basic network troubleshooting preferred, but not required.
Basic knowledge of audio and video signal flow required.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to tape down cabling runs on the floor of meeting space.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

This is a front of house position, and you will be interacting directly with clients daily for all AV needs.

Must have a car and driver’s license.
