Sherry Lappe, Vice President of Human Resources, is responsible for supporting the Human Resource Directors and General Managers for all of the company’s hotels and restaurants in maintaining compliance in all aspects of Human Resources functions. This involves recruiting/hiring practices, employee relations, plus policy and procedure conformity.

With more than 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, Ms. Lappe is recognized for her extensive knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, compensation, employee relations and recruiting strategies.

Previously she served as Human Resources Manager at Medicine Shoppe International, Inc. and Human Resources/Organizational Development Consultant with BJC Health Systems.

Ms. Lappe is an active member of the St. Louis Human Resources Hospitality Association, St. Louis Workforce Investment Board and sits on the Board of Directors for St. Louis Community College Foundation.
